Product Description
DX51D hot-dipped galvanized steel coil is produced according to EN 10346 standard, using low-carbon cold-rolled steel as the base material. The steel is continuously hot-dip coated in zinc (typically Z40–Z275 g/m²), providing strong protection against rust and atmospheric corrosion.
DX51D grade features good ductility, drawability, and weldability, making it highly suitable for cold forming, bending, stamping, and light fabrication work. It is one of the most widely used materials in building and manufacturing industries.

Advantage
♦ Against extreme heat (spangle reflects the sunlight)
♦ Superior rust protection--lifespan 4-6 times longer than PPGI (aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance)
♦ Heat resistant (it keeps good function even used in tropics)
♦ With same coating thickness PPGL weighs half less than PPGI
♦ Have good adhesion with colors which is good to used as the base board of prepainted products
APPLICATION
DX51D galvanized steel coils are widely used in fabrication and construction industries, thanks to their balance of strength, flexibility, and corrosion protection:
Roofing and cladding panels – residential and industrial
HVAC systems – ducts, vent pipes, and casings
Appliance bodies – washing machines, ovens, refrigerators
Agricultural equipment panels & shelters
Light steel framing & structural components
Packaging containers, auto parts, furniture frames
